PLN A connects members of the independent music industry across disciplines, genres, and generations. From creative to business to legal and everything in between, each piece of this community is empowered by the other. PLN A identifies gaps and leverages our network to make strategic connections and give the necessary support in order to deepen connections and get (good) work done.

DEVELOPMENT

Our focus is to increase the competency, leverage, and value of creatives within the communities we belong to. The music industry is predatory and specifically convoluted. In response, our strategy is clarity and shared opportunity. Songwriting camps, engineering workshops, and open studio sessions are all examples of our investment into this approach. When resources are shared, impact is multiplied.

QUALITY

The result of strong networks and thorough strategy should be quality output. Music, film, events, podcasts, etc… We measure our success by our impact. And while it’s not always quantifiable, it is always tangible. Everything we create is of professional quality, honoring the gifts of our collaborators and guaranteeing excellent experiences for our audience.
