Dodes, former Director of Talent Acquisition and A&R at Warner Chappell Music, Deven’s academic pursuit empowers him to translate the industry's evolving landscape to independent artists and songwriters, leveraging data and industry knowledge to build more effective, forward-thinking administration strategies for the songwriters and catalogs he serves.
